I receive the National Geographic Channel at home, but the sound is confusing – I get both Hindi & English audio at the same time and can understand anything. Whats the problem?

Most programmes on the National Geographic Channel are available with both English & Hindi soundtracks. These are completely separate from one another and should not mix together at all. However, it is possible to receive both soundtracks simultaneously if the receiving equipment installed at the cable network control room is incorrectly connected. Please contact any of our Distribution offices and give us the name and details of your cable network, so that we may take up the matter with them.
