I receive the error HASP key upgrade required upon opening software. How is this resolved?

Remove and re-install the drivers from the ICAN installation directory on the computer. Open Device Manger under you system properties and expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers listing. You will see three devices listed either as Aladdin keys or SafeNet Inc. keys. – click for full screen – If you have the Aladdin key drivers listed then you may proceed to the section Firmware Installation to apply the firmware upgrade. If you have the SafeNet Inc. driver package then please continue in this section.
