I receive my voicemail messages in my Lotus Notes and every time I open a message I see the following error message. What is the problem?

If you are not running Lotus Notes Version 8 or higher you will need to upgrade to Notes Ver. 8. If you are running Lotus Notes version 8 or newer you just need to have your Lotus Notes mail template updated to the version that is on your Lotus Notes Server.
