I receive but can not see online receipts emailed to me. Whats wrong?
Online receipts require an e-mail client (MS Outlook, MS Outlook Express, Eudora, etc.) to be configured to accept HTML formatted messages. If your e-mail client can only receive RTF or plain text messages, you will need to consult your IT administrator for assistance in setting up your e-mail to receive HTML formatted messages. Note! You can access all your transaction receipts online at any time. Log in to your profile and navigate to “Order/Billing History”.
