I receive an Invalid Input error when I attempt to log in to the Payroll Tax Center. Why?
The Payroll Tax Center requires cookies to be enabled in the Internet Explorer browser for customer authentication and to maintain the sessions on our server. If you are receiving an Invalid Input error when attempting to enter your PIN to access the Payroll Tax Center, something on your computer is preventing cookies from being sent to the Intuit server. You can follow the steps below to enable cookies on your computer and resolve the issue. Please note that enabling cookies will ONLY allow cookies for connection to the Intuit servers. It should not affect your security settings for other sites. Steps to enable cookies: • Open your Internet Explorer browser. • Go to Tools > Internet Options > Privacy > Sites .
