If they soak the water, put them back on the heat for a few seconds in a non stick pan to dry them out, and recreate your sauce with less grated onion juice!

TRY QUARTERING A COUPLE RAW POTATOES, AND LETTING THEM SIT IN IT TO ABSORB THE ONION. IT REALLY WORKS WELL WITH OVER SALTING.
