If you purchased Realize Voice through the eSellerate Purchasing Wizard, you should be able to unlock by reactivating. In the trial/unlock wizard, you need to select the “Yes, I purchased it through eSellerate” option. Then when the screen with “Powered by esellerate” on the bottom appears, press the Alt key so that the Start button changes to Reinstall. While holding Alt down, press the Reinstall button. Then you can enter your Order Number and it will unlock the software again. Note: In accordance with the Realize Software End User License Agreement, Realize Voice can only be used on one machine at a time. Also, due to piracy concerns, there is a limit to the number of reactivations for each license.
