A license key is usually sent within 24 hours of receiving your payment. It arrives like an e-mail from Famatech support with an attached .txt file that contains your key. If you haven’t receive your key or you’ve lost it, please, use our Key Request Form and we will re-send your key. Also, please be sure that your mail server doesn’t use an anti-spam program that simply deletes all e-mails that have attached files. If your server has such software, please inform us about, we will send you the key within the e-mail body.
