I purchased PhotoKit Sharpener from the Pixel Genius Web Store and I am trying to enter in my serial number, but theres an error “Serial Number Not Found (-25001)?

When purchasing from the Web Store your serial number is auto generated. However it can take up to 15 minutes (or a bit longer) for your serial number to be recognized by the activation servers. Usually, waiting a period of time and trying again will allow the activation to go through. If after 30 minutes you still can’t get your number to be accepted, please contact TECH SUPPORT.
