When entering in your name and serial number, please be sure to enter it exactly as it appears in your e-mail receipt. Our serial number scheme uses capital letters and numbers. Make sure you type zeros “0”‘s and not capital oh’s “O”‘s. You can copy and paste your serial number from your e-mail receipt into the serial number dialog. NOTE: to OS X users, there is currently an issue when trying to copy/paste your serial number. Until we can resolve this issue, you will have to type the serial number in manually. Sorry for the inconvenience-we are working to resolve this ASAP.
