I purchased one of the older 5-user JIRA Starter licenses. Can I upgrade to JIRA 4?
Yes! You can upgrade to JIRA 4 and all JIRA updates released up to 12 months after your first purchase. Migrating to JIRA 4 requires you to update your license key to a JIRA 4.x compatible license key. Simply log in to http://my.atlassian.com/, next to your JIRA license click on the ‘view license key’ link (first timers may find they need associate their license with a Server ID). You will now see an option to upgrade your JIRA license to a JIRA 4.x and above compatible license key.
