I purchased Magic PDF but I have not received any Registration Key. What should i do?
Don’t worry. Sometimes it happens that our activation emails get flagged as “spam” as they are automatically generated by our system after payment is received. If you don’t get any email in your inbox, we invite you to check your spam folder. If you don’t find any activation email in the spam folder as well, please wait for a few hours because it means your payment is still under review and / or in process. If after 6 hours you have not received any Registration Key yet, please contact your credit card company in order to verify your payment status (payment completed, pending, declined). If your Financial Institution confirms the payment went through successfully, please contact us immediately at support@magic-pdf.com to request a new software Registration Key.
