I purchased and downloaded the software from an online webstore, but I can find it on my computer. Where is it?
A. All of our download file names begin with “simbio”. You should run a search on your computer for files containing “simbio”. We find it is helpful when downloading files to either use the Desktop, or else create a Downloads folder within the Documents folder. If you did not save it to your desktop, the file is likely saved in a temporary folder on your computer. You can access it by searching your computer for recently downloaded files.
