I purchased an upgrade from Deluxe to Media Edition – why doesn the registration work?
Your Deluxe registration must be entered first before the Deluxe to Media registration will work. The Deluxe to Media registration requires that you have entered the Deluxe registration first. Start FxFoto, press “Continue with Standard Edition” and dismiss the startup dialogs as needed. Then choose “Enter Registration Number” in FxFoto’s Help menu. First enter you Deluxe registration. If you do not have a record of your original Deluxe Edition User Name and Registration Number, contact FxFoto Support. Then use the same “Enter Registration Number” Help menu command a second time with your Deluxe to Media registration. If the second Deluxe to Media registration still gives an error and you have entered it correctly including the final @ and serial number, then you may have entered the wrong serial number when you purchased the Deluxe to Media upgrade and you should contact FxFoto Support.
