I purchased an upgrade and paid by mailing a certified cheque (or money order), why is my upgrade taking so long?
All upgrades need to be validated by the Administrator, then you must click “Upgrade” within your account for the new upgrade features to be available to you. If you paid for your updgrade by certified cheque or money order the Administrator needs to receive and deposit your payment prior to validation. If you use PayPal your validation will be much quicker.
