I purchased an Unlimited package for a Level 1 bed, but now I want to use the Level 2 beds. How can I upgrade?
It’s easy! You can either upgrade one time or you can upgrade your package. If you want to upgrade just one time, let the sales associate know and you’ll get to choose a new level of tanning bed for just one session. There is a fee for this upgrade, based on how many levels you’re upgrading. If you want to upgrade your entire package, please ask to speak to a manager, or drop us a note through our website that tells us what you want. We can either pro-rate the upgrade and keep your original expiration date, or pro-rate the package you have and credit you on the purchase of a new package with a new expiration date. Your choice – we want you tanning in the bed you like.
