To submit your rebate online or get a copy of the mail-in rebate form, please visit www.apple.com/promo. *To view promotion details and a list of qualifying iPods, please see the Apple promotion details PDF. Your Apple Miami Notebook and iPod nano or iPod Touch must have been purchased on the same sales receipt to qualify for the rebate.
