I purchased a Pocket PC and or an InkLink Handwriting System at the same time and can get the InkNote Manager installer to add the application to my Pocket PC. What am I doing wrong?

Microsoft ActiveSync software is either not running, or does not have a relationship with the Pocket PC. See your ActiveSync documentation to get ActiveSync working. 14. I have installed the InkNote Manager software and the Pocket PC handheld is working fine. ActiveSync is working fine and tells me all my files have been synchronized, but I cannot locate the documents on my desktop PC that I have created on my Pocket PC. Make sure that ActiveSync is set to synchronize files. In ActiveSync, select Tools, Options and then scroll down and make sure that you have checked the Files box.
