I purchased a pattern or booklet and haven received the download email. What happened?
All downloadable patterns and booklets are delivered via email. In most cases, if you have not received the email after purchase it has ended up the in your spam/bulk folder in your email program. If you use a “spam killer” or Earthlink service, the email is likely being rejected by your email service. Please be sure to add the email address orders@vogueknitting.com to your approved contacts list. Once you have added our email address to your list, please contact us so that we may resend the patterns download email.
