I purchased a pattern, but it did not show up in my My Patterns area?
There are a few explanations for this… 1) It may take a few minutes for the site to put your patterns into your My Patterns area. This all depends on how busy the site is at the time of purchase. 2) You were not logged in at the time of purchase. One way to know that you are logged in, at the time of purchase, is if the button under each pattern says “Purchase This Pattern!”, or there are two buttons – one will say “Add To Cart!” and the other “View Cart”. If there are two buttons, you are logged in and the patterns will be automatically added to your account. If there is only one button, then you are not logged in and you will receive a link (good for only 3 views) via e-mail. One way to be sure that you login before buy is to bookmark the login page.
