I purchased a Fantasy Source Baseball subscription, but I am seeing a promotional page instead of Fantasy Source. Why?

Log in under the username with which you purchased your product and click on the product link found in your purchase confirmation e-mail or on any Fantasy Source Baseball link located within the free Fantasy Source site. If you still see the free site upon going to this url: http://fantasysource.sportingnews.com/baseball/, contact customer service and provide us your a) member login name, b) product name (in this case Fantasy Source Baseball), c) current e-mail address and d) a clear explanation of the problem you are experiencing.
