I purchase X number of test vouchers at one time, but now I don think Im going to be able to take my tests before the expiration date. Can I exchange them for vouchers with a later expiration date?
Sorry, but vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you find yourself in this situation, the best move is to call Prometric or VUE and apply those test vouchers to the tests you want to use them for. PLEASE NOTE: Effective July 15, 2002 You MUST take test before expiry date. In plain words, Now you have one year to take test after purchase of test voucher. Previously you were used to have virtually two year to take test. Hope one year is enough time to prepare for test??
