I purchase my KLIA Ekspres ticket online. What happens if the ticket is lost or I am not able to print it out but I can provide the ticket number for your reference?

We can help retrieve your e-ticket from the system and print out a hard copy for you to allow you to go through our boarding gate. An administrative fee of RM5 is applicable and to be paid at our Ticketing Counter.
