As of October 25, 2010, the discounts for UPS Ground are the same under both Programs. However, eBay PowerSellers and eBay top rated sellers are eligible for discounts of up to 20% on Daily Rates for UPS Next Day Air®, UPS Next Day Air Saver® and UPS 2nd Day Air® packages. Yes. As of February 7, 2011, the rates and associated discounts under both the UPS Special Pricing Program for eBay Sellers and the UPS Savings Program for eBay PowerSellers are now both identical and based on UPS Standard List Rates. Previously, the rates and savings for the program were based on UPS Daily Rates. The programs now offer eligible eBay Sellers and eBay PowerSellers savings off UPS Standard List Rates of up to 32% for Air shipments, up to 25% for International shipments, and up to 23% for UPS Ground shipments.
