I pressed send in Outlook Express to send an email, but the person says they never received it. Where did it go?
A. There are two possibilities. One, your Outlook express is not set up properly to connect to the Internet when you send your messages, or two, you may have spelled the email address incorrectly. In Outlook Express, click on the “Outbox”. If your messages appear here you have not connected to the Internet to send them (Click here for details). If they do not appear, then click on “Sent Items”. If they appear here, open the sent message, check the address, and if need be, send it again. Back to top.
