I preformed the browser test and installed the latest version of RealOne Player and I still can view the video file. What should I do?
If you already have the latest version of Real Player installed, you may have to configure it to be the default player for “Real-Time Streaming Protocol” a.k.a. “RTSP” file types. You may do this by opening up your Real Player, going to Tools –> Preferences –> Media Types, and making sure “RTSP” or “Real-Time Streaming Protocol” is checked. NOTE: Depending on the version of Real Player you have, you may have to click on an “Advanced” button or tab within Media Types to check “RTSP” or “Real-Time Streaming Protocol” as a recognized media type.
