I prefer to have a signed proposal form on file in case of a dispute with my client, can I continue to have a proposal form instead?
No – our system will only support the generation of Statement of Fact . We suggest that if you would prefer to have a signed document in your possession that you send two copies of the Statement of Fact to your client with a request that they sign one and return to you. We do not want you to submit the Statement of Fact to NIG, simply retain on your file.
