If you have a valid USA visa and a valid Canadian visa, A single entry temporary resident visa (TRV) may be used for repeated entries into Canada directly from the USA as long as you are travelling within the period authorized by the immigration officer when you first enter Canada (or the period authorized by an extension of your status). This is no longer true once you leave Canada or the USA for another country.
