I placed my order a few days ago and haven received it yet, whats going on?
It could be a couple of different things. Once your order is placed you receive an e-mail indicating Cheetah Supply received it. Any updates to your order, you can check, by logging into your cart and checking the status of your order. Chances are, we need to communicate with you. There may be a question about your order that we need to clarify to make sure you know what you’re getting -or- we may need to discuss your credit card payment. Any order with a different bill-to and ship-to address is a red flag. If we are not successfull in contacting you by phone, your order will not be shipped.
