I placed an order, received a confirmation Email, but did not receive an INVOICE. What happened?
After receiving a confirmation Email, you should receive an INVOICE within 24 hours (usually only several hours depending on the time of day you placed your order) excluding weekends (usually, but not always, we do take care of orders on weekends, but sometimes we do have other plans for a weekend and may not be around). The MOST likely cause for not receiving an INVOICE is that you have SPAM filters in place that think our INVOICEs are SPAM. This is especially true for hotmail and MSN customers (don’t you just love Microsoft) and possibly others. Depending on your Email filter settings our INVOICEs are placed in your trash bin (or equivalent) or deleted. We have contacted Microsoft to try and find out why their SPAM filters think our INVOICEs are SPAM and they more or less told us to get lost, since we are not a hotmail or MSN customers (again, don’t you just love Microsoft).
