I placed a house in PaxLair and it was deleted by a GM. What gives?

Sometimes people place buildings in locations that are considered festival areas or roadways around the main part of city. In these cases, the people of PaxLair try to contact the owner to get them to move their house and if this is not successful, people will contact the interest department at OSI. It is then, purely the decision of the Interest GM to decide the fate of the house.
