This could be due to one of the following reasons: • Your county’s personal property tax records have not been provided to the department; or • You paid your personal property taxes after your county collector had already sent the records to the department; or • You did not enter the information from your personal property tax receipt exactly as shown, including any spaces, commas, periods or dashes.
