I own race animals in partnership with others. What are the licensing requirements?
The partnership must register as a multiple owner. When completing the multiple owner/stable/farm registration form, you must list all partners, including those who own less than 5% of the partnership. In addition, each partner who owns 5% or more of the partnership must be individually licensed as an owner. The partners who own less than 5% are not required to be individually licensed.
