I own an unattended store, can a LaundryCard system work in an unattended environment?
Yes, LaundryCard works great in both attended and unattended stores. In either case it’s always a good idea to have someone onsite for some time once the system is first introduced. There may be a few more questions that may need to be answered as none of your customers will be familiar with the new system. Time and time again we see unattended Laundries do very well with LaundryCard, the key to this is the very simple user interface. The system utilizes a large touch screen monitor along with video and speech to instruct the customer in using the system. It’s not uncommon to see Laundromat customers assist other customers who may have questions.
