I own an “E” lot where, as I read the lake by-laws, no building requirements apply. Can a modular home be built here?

There are building requirements that do apply to an “E” classification. A modular would not be allowed on that lot.The minimum square footage of living space on the first floor would be determined by the Building Committee. The building specifications that are in affect at the time that thebuilding application is submitted, would apply to the structure.
