I own a truck or bus, will the ScanGaugeII work with heavy vehicles or 24 Volt vehicles?
If your vehicle is 12 Volt and is a modern CRD engined light truck then the ScanGaugeII may be compatible, but we have no compatibility information for heavy trucks or buses. If your vehicle is 24 Volt the ScanGaugeII is not be compatible at this stage. To confirm if your vehicle’s OBDII port is 24 volt check for the following: 12 Volt OBDII socket: 24 Volt OBDII socket: The 12 volt socket has a 1 piece centre divider while the 24 volt socket has a 2 piece divider and will often be blue in colour, the change in the center divider prevents a 12 Volt OBDII cable being plugged into a 24 Volt socket.
