To be eligible your property must be designated under Parks IV or V of the Ontario Heritage Act. Eligible properties must be located within the Downtown Hamilton Community Improvement Project Area. The program offers a maximum grant of $150,000 per property based on 25% of the total cost of regeneration of the property to a maximum City grant of $150,000 for eligible work under the program.
