I own a 2002 Jeep Liberty, after a jump start car wouldn stay running ounce I let foot off the gas Why?
My car never gave me any problems before this, we were out running a few errands and out of the blue it just wouldnt start. Turn the key and we get clicking sounds, oh and my rear door won’t unlock with the rest it also is making clicking sounds. A: It could be a bad alternator. The battery just provides power to start the car. After that, the alternator generates the electicity to fire the spark plugs, etc. If you let off the gas and the engine dies, the alternator is a likely suspect.
