I organise deer stalking, pheasant shoots and other field sport activities on my land. Can I still do this?
Yes. You must be aware where recreational use is likely, such as on core paths and other popular routes. Use signage at key points along the route to provide as much information as possible (dates, times and locations of shoots). Think carefully about the situation of release pens to minimise opportunities for disturbance.
