I ordered the wrong item or I mad a mistake about formats…what can I do to stop this order?
If a customer wants to STOP an order they should contact us within 24-36 hours after placing the order. We can usually stop the order from being processed. (see above for refunds) PRIVACY POLICY: This website does NOT share ANY data or information, sent to us, (whether email addresses or personal ordering information) with ANY outside sources or 3rd party businesses. The one exception is for necessary personal data to process sales orders to our credit card processing company.
