I ordered online or over the phone but have not recieved an e-mail from you about my patterns?
Every order is hand processed through the studio. We do not currently use an automated response for orders. Pattern Package orders are processed promptly, typically the same or next business day! The most common problem for a delayed response is an error on your order form for your e-mail address. When there is an e-mail address error your letter is bounced back to us as ‘undeliverable’. If after 2 business days you have not received a response from our studio, please e-mail us a quick note. We can use the address from your note and resend your order.
