I ordered my transcripts two weeks ago and they don’t show up on the WebPortal as received. Should I send my transcripts again?
Normally, it may take up to 3 weeks for the transcripts to show up on the WebPortal. Some schools will take about 10 days to mail them out. After your transcripts show up on your WebPortal, it usually takes about 4 weeks for your documents to be updated and reviewed. As soon as we update your file, you will be able to see it on your WebPortal.
