We send out orders once per week in the UK and twice per week in the U.S, Canada and Australia – your order may have just missed the last delivery time, but it will be with you asap. However, if you still haven’t received your DVDs after 2 weeks, send us an email and we’ll look into for you as a matter of urgency.
