I ordered FileBack PC some time ago and have not received my registration code. Why not?
A. All registration codes are issued within 24 hours of the time the order is placed, usually much, much faster. Unfortunately some junk email filters incorrectly flag our registration messages as junk mail. If you have a junk email folder, please double-check that the registration email is not there.
