I ordered FileBack PC some time ago and have not received my receipt and/or diskette. Why not?
A. We at times get backlogged processing old orders. Receipts and diskettes are typed, duplicated, and mailed by hand so it takes some time to fully process orders. If you have not heard from us within 3-4 weeks, please feel free to contact us to find out specifically about your order. (Please include your transaction ID).
