I ordered curly hair 3 days ago and I haven received my package yet. What is going on?
When it comes to filling orders it is a tedious process. Each order is processed by hand. Because this hair is in its natural state, it comes in many different textures. We have to go through each bundle to match textures so that you have the same grade of hair in each bundle. Some hair is curlier, some is wavy. We will not send out a curly and a wavy bundle unless it is requested. Colors also has to be matched as well as making sure the hair texture matches your natural hair. So if it takes a little longer, trust me, the wait will be worth it. Once your hair has been hand picked, it is then washed and deep conditioned so that you receive fresh smelling beautiful, lush locs. If you ordered next day air, the hair is shipped next day air once your order has been processed.
