I ordered Blaze Media Pro and received my registration email, but the unlock code provided does not work. Why am I having this problem?
Be sure that you are running the current version of the software after purchasing. You may always download the current version of the software from the Blaze Media Pro web site. If you were running a previous major version when you purchased the software and provided the Product ID, once the current version is installed, email your new Product ID to sales@blazemp.com with a brief explanation of what occurred, and we will get the correct information out to you right away.
