Digital images sometimes have a smaller width than images taken from conventional film cameras. That is why we have introduced three different formats, “conventional” “digital” and “traditional”, each adapted to its respective image size. If you choose to have an image taken from a digital camera printed on a conventional format print, you may receive a print containing white margins on either side due to the smaller width of the source image. Our software preview screen will indicate if white borders will appear. You can then crop or choose a different print width. Click here for more details.
