I ordered 2 oz of silver wire and 3 dwt of gold sheet but in my confirmation it says I have 2.21 oz of silver and 2.8 dwt of gold. Why didn I get the amount I ordered?

Since Solder/Sheet/Wire is cut by hand, the actual amount may be over or under the ordered amount, and the total cost is adjusted accordingly. We try to get as close to the ordered amount as we can!
