I ordered 1 carton, but received 8 packs only.?
To guarantee 100% delivery we split orders into parcels of 8 packs and 2 packs. For USA customers: If you would like to receive unopened cartons, you should order 3 cartons of the same brand (e.g. 3 cartons of Marlboro lights, or 3 cartons of Camel, or 3 cartons of Camel lights). In this case we pack the cartons as they are: 3 unopened cartons in one parcel and send it out. Note that notwithstanding the parcels were sent the same day- they might be received in different days (it depends on Post Ofiice work). The parcels are shipped on the same day but in rare cases they reach destination together. The time between the first and the last parcel delivery is in average 4 to 7 days.
